"The place was so beautiful and peaceful. If you want a nice place to relax in the mountains, with fresh air not a lot of people this is for you! Spectacular views!"
"We stay here for a night every July. This time were not informed that the indoor water park was under renovations until 2 days prior to check in. I was annoyed, as this is something the kids really look forward to, I sent an email stating such and Alexandra emailed me right away apologizing and extended free breakfast for our family. She also texted me to make sure check in went well and asked if there was anything else we wanted. I am amazed at the service this resort offers, you feel like VIP...
"I stayed over the weekend with my mom and my aunt visiting from Sweden. You do not want to have a family visiting Alberta, leaving the province without showing the treasure of Banff.
Very clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need and it is wheelchair accessible except for the bathroom. It is not inexpensive but worth it, especially when traveling with family."

Check in staff were excellent. Accommodated a late check in, and were friendly and helpful. The building and the grounds are beautifully up-kept. The design of the room is a little awkward with the shower in the middle of the living space, but that’s the only thing. Hot tub area is private, and super clean too. "
"Great location like a 10/15 min walk to downtown canmore lots of restaurants and cute shops. Also around the hotel places to eat. The breakfast each morning is so good, had different smoothies as well. Highly recommend this place"
"Spacious 1 bedroom unit. Traveled with spouse and 1 teen. Sofa bed is ok but matress not the best. Very clean. Sufficient plates/cuttlery/glassware for only 4 people. Had to run dishwasher every day. Great bathroom with separate tub and shower. Laundry facility in bathroom very useful. Would stay there again. Did not try the hot tub."
"Basecamp Lodge is the place and we were glad we choose it as a Basecamp to explore Banff and surrounding areas. I’d choose Canmore over Banff.. free breakfast chill out lounge, tv cables, near shopping and restaurants."
"Accommodation was amazing. All our expectations were met. Convenient location, very close to downtown Canmore and miraculous view of nature around. Did not have a chance to use Spa facilities but it is a great bonus to the place 😊"
