"When we arrived the house was FREEZING. We had 30 minutes to get ready in the COLD and head to our Basketball game. First night we slept in the bed that was not very comfortable we heard a lot of noise and my wife said the house is haunted she basically did not sleep. Ton's of bugs I had to kill, clothes left in the dresser and closet from previous guests, outside front door someone spit not once or twice but like six times it was totally disgusting. I could not get hot water from the sink...

The location was extremely convenient with a short 50 foot walk to Lift 7, the loop bus stopping right outside the unit, and the ability to walk into town within 5 to 10 minutes. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others"

"This was such a quiet, peaceful place to experience the 4 corners area. We enjoyed hiking, horseback riding, and star gazing all within a few miles or on the property. The huge living space and spacious bedrooms were our sanctuary for the week. We took advantage of the yoga mats and loved drinking coffee by the gas stove while watching the sun rise over the mountains every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil or dish one could need. There was very little we could have asked...

"Host was responsive to questions, the house was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Our group of 11 nested in there just fine. One thing is a little quirky, the bathroom in the loft doesn’t have a full-height wall, so you can talk to people on the main floor from the shower. We thought it was funny but some might not so much. (There are two other bathrooms) "
