"Exceptional service. In fact we didn't expect it but all the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming and accomodating. The food was out of this world in taste and the variety of menus including wild game. If you are looking for peace, quiet, luxury and the royal treatment, look no further. "While The Carpathia might have the formal credentials of a 4-star hotel, it has the service level and ambience of a simple motel. The staff was rude, breakfast was lousy and don’t get me started on the lukewarm, cramped jacuzzi which probably had worse water quality than most swamps.
