"We were really happy with our 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The food is good, rooms are comfortable with adequate amenities.
The Bonfire on the misty and cold evenings were welcome - the evening 5 PM TEA Tasting was a warm touch.
Overall, very happy with our choice. "
"The location is really out of the world, I have been to booty many times in the past, but this was the first time I been here and totally new side of ooty. Its right for people who like silence, peace and enjoy the chill weather. the roomsare spacious and very comfy with clean bathrooms.usually hotel roomsare compact and cramped,but this hotel rooms are very spacious. "This is a property with a breathtaking view of the Ooty huills and valleys. The cottages are good although they now require a fresh coat of paint inside. Food is decent and the breakfast spread is very good and so is the dinner buffet. Hotel staff are helpful and response to the calls is quick. "The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The service was just ok. The property belongs to an old couple. Their breakfast starts at 8.30am which is late for us travellers. Though it was already included in the package i had to leave the hotel without breakfast as i left at 8am. The owner had proposed that at 7.30am he could provide us with bread, butter and jam. "This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."
