"We were upgraded to a suite. The location is great, 2 min from a mai road with loads of local transport, shops, restaurants, takeaways, art shops, the Nile banks and pharmacies.
One insignificant issue for us was a school opposite the hotel. School drop offs start at 7 am. We are early risers, was not a problem. "

My luggage and bag was left in the middle of lobby on my departure for an hour while I was having my breakfast and waiting for my ride to the airport. I had my passport and money in the bag. Was lucky no one took it.
In my 5 days stay, didnt see a single smile or a welcoming impression from any of the staff. Any question was either not replied or in a way, as guests are disturbing them."
