"Honestly this was probably the best Quality inn I've ever stayed at. I got in late, but the front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Gave me directions on how to get to my room and offered to meet me at the other door with the cart, if i needed it (i didn't, but it was nice of him to offer). My room was around the back of the hotel, which seemed a little sketchy. As a solo female traveler, I debated going to ask if i could have a room where i didn't need to go in that way, but it was already...

The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints....
