"Service og selve hotelfaciliteterne er suplime!
Vores værelse ud til poolen var fint, lidt slidt og lidt nusset af et 5 stjernet hotel og være- men Grand Hyatt gjorde vores ferie ultra lækkert!
Restauranterne var fantastiske, især pool og verandah.. kunne godt have brugt at der var et godt udvalg af is!"

"First impression was good. Got their favorit cookie and the staff were very polite.Room looked as well fine. Next day we wanted to relax at the pool which looked nice on the pictures. In the morning there were a croud with young people moustly with their t -shirts on and the pool was quite small.Later we got a chair but swimming was not so pleasant , as it stinked at the far end. after pool we discovered that cloth dryer on balcony was so rusty that we hardly could open it.After pool I wanted...

"This is the first time I am writing a one-star review. The hotel does not live up to its five-star rating at all. The only positive thing was the sea view from the room. The service was extremely poor — unlike anything we have experienced before — when we checked out, we shared our feedback about how unprofessional the service had been. They apologized, but just five minutes later we experienced the exact same issue when trying to arrange a car to the airport.
At last the breakfast buffet was...

"Vi tilbragte 6 dejlige dage på dette hotel, som helt levede op til vores forventninger. Vi vil dog fremhæve den enestående venlighed og service på hotellet! Vi kunne nævne mange navne men specielt Komal, Noella, Vitelle, Kaveri Burilla samt chefkokken Dattaguru gjorde en stor forskel for os.
Vi glæder os til at komme tilbage til hotellet!"

"Our stay at Hilton Resort in Goa was nothing short spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tonne for what turned out to be an unforgettable vacation.
The dining experience at the hotel was elevated by the incredible waiter team: Ankush, Vibrant, Mayank, Fabiola ad Rishap. Each member displayed remarkable professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring that every meal was a delightful experience.
