"Service og selve hotelfaciliteterne er suplime! Vores værelse ud til poolen var fint, lidt slidt og lidt nusset af et 5 stjernet hotel og være- men Grand Hyatt gjorde vores ferie ultra lækkert! Restauranterne var fantastiske, især pool og verandah.. kunne godt have brugt at der var et godt udvalg af is!"

"This is the first time I am writing a one-star review. The hotel does not live up to its five-star rating at all. The only positive thing was the sea view from the room. The service was extremely poor — unlike anything we have experienced before — when we checked out, we shared our feedback about how unprofessional the service had been. They apologized, but just five minutes later we experienced the exact same issue when trying to arrange a car to the airport. At last the breakfast buffet was...
