"Property need to be refurbished immediately. We had problems with the water because pressure at pipes doesn't went thru. Appliances work properly but most of them have to be replaced. Furnitures are old and have to be replaced too.
Darwin is an excellent host with good communication. I already sent to him videos and pictures of the property in order he can take action about it. Location is good because is near shopping mall and many restaurants. No parking available, you must park at the street."
