"In general a nice hotel, but the check in was horrible.
They questioned both my Visa AND Mastercard (which ofcourse both has worldwide coverage), claiming that i as a tourist, was suppose to have them issued from an american bank.
Before at last accepting them, after a long discussion.
NEVER tried that before. "

"It was superclean . Employees were very good as well.
The only bad review I will give is that the receptionist was not there when I arrived and I waited about 5-10 minutes to check in. Probably she was helping another guests, they should have a second employee to help"

"I gave a 4 stars because of the staff, not for the hotel. The staff has been very helpful when I had issues with the room with a handicap. They also made sure that the place is clean. Breakfast is ok. The usual continental.
But the room needs to be fixed and upgraded. Everything in that hotel is old."

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn.
The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets.
I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...
