"We had the family suite that sleeps 6. This was amazing as we traveled with kids. It was spacious with 2 bathrooms. The staff who checked us in was great. "

"The Internet was great, but charging people for doing laundry at a Residence Inn, which offered home-like conveniences, seemed very disappointing! Also, for breakfast, having fresh bagels, rather than cold from a freezer or fridge, would certainly be way more appetizing! I wasn't a fan of the chunky eggs either, or lack of potatoes! Improving the quality of your products would go a long way, which I find inedible currently! I'd even pay extra to have fresh oj rather than drink that horrible...

"The air conditioning didn’t work. We contacted the staff and it was a temporary fix. The AC stopped working an hour later. It super hot that weekend and my wife is pregnant. Just a major inconvenience. "

They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. We came on a busy weekend (friday-sunday) with a large concert taking place at the city stadium. We still just payed an average price for this top end hotel with an excellent location. We paid for parkingservice at booking and it was worth it. Thre staffmembers are situated outside the hotel around the clock to help with car and luggage."
