Endless Indoor Fun
Challenge your group to a friendly game of pool, enjoy the classic vintage gaming system with hundreds of retro favorites (like Pac-Man), or try your hand at the mini golf putting green and cornhole.

Step outside to the expansive deck with elegant patio furnishings, sun loungers, two fire pits, a gas grill, and a private hot tub—all overlooking the serene bay. The private dock is fully stocked with complimentary paddleboards, paddleboat, inflatable tubes and water noodles for hours of fun on the water. (Please note: The covered boat slip and fishing boat are not included, but you may tie your boat or jet skis to the sides of the dock.)

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage, the covered boat slip, and the fishing boat. You’re welcome to tie boats or jet skis to either side of the private dock.

House Rules & Guidelines

Party, Smoking & Pet Policy
No unauthorized parties. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. If evidence of parties, excessive garbage, excessive mess, strong odors, staying past checkout, pets, smoking or vaping is found it may result in immediate eviction from the property and a minimum fee of $300 to cover additional cleaning, disruption, and liability. No exceptions. Small, quiet family gatherings are generally allowed but must be requested and approved in advance.

Only the number of guest on the reservation may spend the night on the property.

Cats on Duty
Meet our cherished outdoor feline caretakers named Blue (gray shorthair) and Mr. Bradley (black and fluffy). These friendly feral cats help manage the lizard population and are an important part of our ecosystem.
They live in a cozy cat house with an automatic feeder located at the side of the property. You may spot them lounging or watching from the deck. Please do not attempt to pet, feed, or chase them—they are shy and will likely run off. They do not enter the home but appreciate it if you leave out fresh water nearby.

Parking
Guests may park 2 vehicles in the driveway, with ample free street parking available. We kindly ask, if possible, that no more than 4 cars total are brought to the property. There is no garage access.

Electric Vehicle Charging
EV charging is available via a standard outlet with prior approval. A fee will apply based on the length of your stay.
