For a spectacular rail journey, hop on the Kyle Line from Dingwall (3.5 miles). Prefer to stay put? Simply relax and watch red kites soaring overhead. With Beauly (11 miles), Inverness (16 miles) and the legendary Loch Ness (25 miles) within easy reach, you’ll never be short of adventure.

This social heart of the property is soaked in natural light thanks to the many windows and glass doors, spoiling guests with peaceful vistas. Settle in the lounge space after days of adventure, firing up the wood burner and flicking through the Smart TV. When stomachs rumble, the well-appointed kitchen boasts all that’s needed to cook up a Scottish feast, with space to dine indoors or al fresco-style in the garden. At the end of each busy day away, retire to the sumptuous king-size bed. If you’re bringing an extra two guests, find that the sofa converts to sleep an extra two on request.
