"Staff was amazing "

"The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay. Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered. Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area. This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time. Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year."

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard...

"Man fornemmer straks ved ankomsten at her er noget særligt. Det mærkes og ses tydeligt at der er tale om en præsidents tidligere sommerbolig. Kæmpe stort og fornemt hotel. Men............meget slidt, dårlig mad i restaurant, ingen eller dårlig betjening. De ansatte gør hvad der er muligt for at man skal have en god oplevelse, men ejeren bør renoverer stedet."

"We stayed in a family room and it was an excellent choice for a group of five travelers. We have our own bed to retire at the end of a very tiring day of travel. Staff members are very accommodating for our needs. This is not a luxurious accommodation but if you are looking for clean room and facilities to retire at the end of the day, I highly recommend the place."

"Staff was amazing! Very nice place to stay when traveling to Laoag or just use a very nice pool. The dinner we had there was tasty!!! Would recommend that my friends and family would stay there. I wish the pool was open at 6am in the morning, it would have been great to do laps then."

"The place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok."
