"I can't express how wonderful our stay here was. The airline lost my daughter's luggage and we asked the hostess if there was anywhere around that we could go and pick up essentials. She took great detail explaining the area and our options. It didn't end there. As she lived close to the property, she went the extra mile to go home and brought back a bag of clothes for my daughter.
