Great Location & Communication

Stayed over Spring Break and found it to be in a convenient location to multiple ski resorts, close to shopping/groceries. The unit was clean with ample kitchen equipment, dishes, cooking items, etc. Beautiful view of the lake. Overall, great stay!

Great site, but some items were missing

Fantastic view, good setting, great living room, super porch for sitting and eating. Only downsides were some bulbs that were out, no dishwasher soap, few blankets, and too much vehicle noise coming in on the north side where the bedroom windows are.

A decent stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complaints we have are: 1) It got way too hot at night without AC; 2) One of the patio doors did not lock; 3) No blackout curtains; 4) The stove temperature was very inconsistent; and 5) Lead in the water, no bottled water provided for drinking. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo.

Perfect view from deck

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and very comfortable. You could not have a more beautiful view than from the condo deck. My only suggestion would be to add a portable A/C unit as the condo was very hot even with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( none in the main living room) and the extra 2 fans. Overall great place to stay.

Best view in Summit County

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo complex years and years ago. It's my favorite place to stay when vacationing in Summit County. This condo was great. 2 Big bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (each with 2 sinks) and another half bath. The kitchen and large living area was great. The best tho, was the huge deck with incredible views of Lake Dillon. Can't beat that. I will absolutely ask for this condo in future visits.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the view or the location. This is an older unit but has been updated. The refrigerator (very noisy) and stacked ovens (one door does not close completely) need to be replaced. Otherwise, furnishings are fine. Rec room with hot tub and pool table are nice extras.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the view from the living room and patio. Felt that security was weak, as there was only one lock on each door. We could not use the top lock when we left the house. Also the blow dryer needs to be replaced as it is unsafe.

family reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed many times at Lake Dillon Condos #303 for a yearly family reunion. This year was wonderful, as usual. With a new dish washer and two new mattresses, it was in better shape than last year. After a heavy rain, the lights in one of the bathrooms wouldn't turn on, and the fan in the same bedroom took on a life of its own. Not major issues but something that should be addressed.
