Great place at a great price!

This is the perfect place for a vacation stay, and the price was great for all of the amenities available with this condo. It was very easy to fit right in, a perfect place for our multi-generational family of five to relax, enjoy meals on the deck, and to enjoy the view. We would stay there again without question, and highly recommended to all others.

Fantastic stay

Close to everything we needed. Very roomy and clean. Kitchen stocked well with pots/pans and utensils. Will book again for sure!

Excellent facility at a great price. The unit looked onto the lake where we could sit each morning watching the sunrise and the calmness of the lake. Easy access to the biking/walking paths. The unit itself was immaculately clean and had everything necessary for the five of us to stay for a week. Highly recommend this rental!

The temperature control in the condo was difficult - no thermostats. Two bedrooms had a comfort dial to adjust radiant heat along the bottom walls. The other rooms were all manual dial adjustment on the radiant heaters. Hot tub was closed for the duration of stay. Only 1 set of keys.

Slightly disappointed pool and hot tub not in working condition.. should not be advertised in listing... did not effect the quality of stay but would have liked to have access.

As advertised, but needs maintenance.

Roomy and conveniently located. Only one toilet worked and there was a problem with the community hot tub that required the local fire department to assist when calls to Vacasa were not taken seriously.

Great Stay, amenities were lacking

Property was nice and as advertised. Television in the king sized master room is an old dinosaur and needs to be replaced with a smart TV for the price of the stay. Ice machine barely works. Hot tub downstairs was closed.

The first thing to know is there’s no working hot tub, even though the listing says there is. The one on the property looks like it’s been closed for a long time.We couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace. We tried everything, removing the facade, checking for switches or levers but nothing. Vacasa couldn’t find directions for us either. The condo itself is spacious and well located, but the furnishings and and carpet are worn and the overall vibe is dated and sort of sad. The matresses are cheap.But by far the worst was the construction happening directly beneath the building, right behind our assigned parking spot. Workers were jackhammering until 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday and planned to keep going Sunday. It was unbearable, and it didn’t feel safe to be there. There were no other tenants in the building or cars.We contacted Vacasa right away, but it took hours for them to offer another place and the alternative was a complete dump. We were told that was all they could offer.So, we hauled our luggage between three different condos and by 9 p.m., 6 hours after checking in, we gave up on Vacasa and booked another condo ourselves. It was nicer and the same price. Vacasa did give us a full refund.Vacasa doesn’t have a local contact for renters. You have to go through their main call center, who then contacts the “local team,” getting help takes a long time. We recommend you keep looking, there are much nicer places to stay for about the same .

Fun at Marina Place

Like the location and appreciate having an elevator to the unit. Unit was clean and well stocked and plan to return again There was a great hot tub in the adjoining building that we enjoyed

Lovely View

A nice deck with a lovely view of the Lake Dillon Marina. The elevator was perfect for those who, like us, are trying to avoid stairs in a mountain setting. The loft provided good space for our granddaughters who came for a visit. However this unit is better suited for a weekend visit than for a month. Parking is very challenging for today’s larger vehicles. Beds are much too soft for our taste. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and cool mountain air.

Great place

Location, excellent. View is great, highly recommend. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, plate ware, silverware (although the non-stick pans were so bad, we went and bought and donated two new pans (didn't have the heart to trash the old ones, but someone please do)). We also bought and left two sleds, has a GREAT hill right outside the kids had a blast on. Only issue to be aware of is the parking area height. We flew and had a rental car (Toyota highlander) and it barely fit under. Typically we drive and our SUV, even without the ski rack, would not have fit. There really isn't an alternative parking area, so don't know that we will stay again next time. Also administratively to management co., for a week stay, especially in covid era, leaving 4 dishwasher pods is a bit chintzy. Not sure anyone is going to steal the extra if you go a little fat on that staple. Great place, you'll enjoy so long as you don't have a large SUV and you bring your own dishwashing detergent. :)
