Kitchen – Large, fully equipped with everything needed for meals, ample storage, and a breakfast bar for casual dining.

Living Room – Bright and spacious with comfy seating and cozy gas-log fireplace. Sliding doors open to the deck to enjoy ocean breezes and views.

Dining Area – Large table for meals or game nights; opens to the deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Bedroom 1 – Main-level bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed.

Bathroom 1 – Beautifully remodeled, shower only.


LOWER LEVEL
TV Lounge / Family Room – Large sectional sofa, gas-log fireplace, Smart TV, DVD player—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a beach day.

Quiet hours 9 PM to 9 AM
4 car maximum – 3 in driveway, 1 street-side
Dogs only – $120 Dog Fee per dog; dogs may not be left alone unless QUIETLY crated
Water conservation requested due to Dillon Beach water concerns
NO Smoking of ANY substances in home; outdoor smoking restricted to paved/concrete surfaces only


CHECK-IN INFORMATION
•Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not arriver to the house without your check in instructions.
• We have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!
• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
