"I thought this place was great! Comfortable beds, cute little chair, very convenient technology (like Chromecast on the TV and Bluetooth built into the bathroom mirror). Clean, quiet, cute. It's a bit remote from the city center, but a public transportation station is only like a 10 minute walk in either direction. Would definitely stay again! "

"This hotel is new, and absolutely beautiful! The staff is superb!
They are all absolutely the best! They helped with directions, arranged transportation and offered suggestions on what to do.
The restaurants are also amazing and have great hours! I really suggest breakfast, the latte is really good.

"Room/hotel in excellent condition- looks like it’s been renovated recently. Very pleasant , modern room. Staff very friendly. 6-8 min walk from the Central Station, while pulling heavy suitcase. Area around is sketchy though - lots of Arab food establishments, dirty, noisy. "

"The property itself is great, staff are awesome, room was clean and comfortable but just be aware that the area around the main train station where this hotel is has many homeless people on the streets. We had no problems at all but just so you are aware. It is in a great spot close to train station and not far into the old town either. Would definatelly stay there again."

Og da han kom, viste han ikke den mindste interesse i at checke os ind, og da han ikke lige kunne finde os på computeren, gjorde han intet for at for at virke beroligende. Og da han fandt os, gad han nærmest ikke informere os om dette. En rigtig dårligt oplevelse. Men ellers var alt andet helt perfekt. Og et dejligt hotel, i dejlige omgivelser."

"Mein Aufenthalt im Sofitel Opera Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Bett war himmlisch bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

"The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to be polite and respectful. You can tell they actually care about their job and the guests they serve. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the city. The room has a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom/showers and the hotel itself was very upscale. I will definitely be back!"

"Jeg havde valgt økonomi enkeltværelse. Og det er meget småt. Hele hotellet trænger hårdt til en gennemgribende renovering. Møgbeskidte tæpper i gangene på alle etager. Det hårdtarbejdende rengøringspersonale kan ikke gøre det bedre før alt er i orden."
"Bad rooms, I booked a large room, but it was standard size compared to other hotels. The bathroom and toilet are in the corner of the room only separated by a glass wall. Service non-exsistent. You have to check in yourself on an "iPad" in the bar. There was an error so the staff (the bartender) had to be contacted. I had to wait for the bartender who was making drinks, the error was fixed and then I had to continue myself at the "ipad", he did not finish the proces. They say that this is a smart feature, so that they are able to help you with other things. The only think it helps is saving staff costs.
They say they are "rethinking" the whole concept of a hotel - but their concept already exsists, it's called a HOSTEL.
On top of all this I had to wait a LONG time for the elevator up to the 6th floor where the bar was located (and "check-in") the same when I went down to the room. The style of the rooms seems to be supposed to be a smart industrial look, but it just looks tacky. The view was into a courtyard and noise from the hallway could clearly be heard in the room.
I now see that they respond most negative reviews with "hello sunshine" and without really taking responsibility for anything.
I would NOT reccomend Ruby Louise.

"My only issue would be that they put a cheap mini fridge in a small space making it more noisy and use way more power than needed, a few ventilation holes would fix the issue
