La Casa sulle Langhe was completely renovated in the summer of 2024 and is situated in the heart of the Langhe, on the hill of Diano d’Alba, in a strategic location for tourism and food-and-wine tours (Alba is 6 km away, Barolo is 10 km away).
From the house, you can enjoy an unforgettable panorama, with a 180° view of the main villages and castles of the Langhe, and you’ll find yourself just a short walk from the most renowned wineries.
The Space
As soon as you step through the front door, you’re greeted by a modern kitchen equipped with every kind of technology and a large table overlooking the outdoor patio.
A sliding door leads into a large open space, consisting of a living area furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a
55-inch Full HD screen, and a wonderful Jacuzzi tub with a view of the Langhe.
At the far end of the room is the sleeping area, featuring an elegant king-size bed and a refined bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower.
The interior is completed by a second, spacious bedroom with a double bed—also offering a view—along with a second spacious private bathroom.

All rooms offer panoramic views and are equipped with air conditioning.
Guest Access
The entire property is on a single, accessible floor reserved exclusively for guests.
All amenities, such as the private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and outdoor area, are for the private and exclusive use of guests.

Adjacent to the entrance, there are parking spaces that are completely free and always available.
