The upper level offers two private sleeping suites. One features a king bed, full bath with tub, and a kitchenette with wet bar, along with a queen pullout—perfect for extended stays or multi-generational travel. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and a full bath with a tub, offering comfort and privacy for guests.

Designed for entertainment and relaxation, the lower level is a destination of its own. Enjoy a movie room with a queen pullout, a fully equipped exercise room, and a spacious living and game area featuring a pool table, dart board, poker table, and queen pullout. Step outside and enjoy the large deck equipped with a BBQ grill and gas fire pit, making it the perfect outdoor space. The patio features a luxury hot tub, relax while enjoying the magnificent views. Beginning in 2027, a newly added heated pool will add another luxury amenity for you to enjoy. The pool is heated to 75 degrees and will be open from mid-May to mid-October; please inquire within.

This home is pet friendly, bring your four legged friend along for a small fee, you must provide rabies vaccination records and sign a pet agreement.
