"We’ve moved to the hotel. Everything is incorrect on the description. The sound on the tv doesn’t work. It’s not 2 bedroom bed, but 1.5 bedroom bed. The reception is not 24/7 and the representative are never there. The a/c doesn’t work inside the capsules. The capsules are not soundproof and we cannot sleep here because of the people walking around and people are talking. Everything is very much hearable. We cannot lock our doors and there is not place for our baggage to leave. Representatives...

"I did not stay here. In fact, I had to stand outside the front door for two hours trying to figure out why I received an email asking when I will arrive and then the doors are locked when I am standing right there. Come to find out finally, they closed and NEVER informed. Then hotels dot com didn't do anything to help me and so I've had it with this reservation."
