"We have a wondweful 3 days staying in King Arthur Hotel foe our trip in south Wales. The room is cleanliness and comfortable although the sound proof is a bit under expectation, luckily most of the customers are self repected.
We do enjoy the meals for dinner and breakfastin the restaurant, amazing food and wine."

The surrounding area is close to everything and vibrant with student life on the weekends, so coming home to the Parkgate is such a haven after experiencing all that (excellent) chaos. The hotel was perfect: the bar was well-tended and cozy (and beautiful), the lobby was grandiose, the staff was attentive and kind, and the rooms pleasant and clean. We couldn't want for more.

"Hotel beliggende i god afstand til seværdigheder og station. Flot hall og sjovt at kunne følge historien fra det gamle postkontor til nu et hotel.
Vi blev mod betaling (30 £) pr. nat opgraderet fra et Deluxe-værelse til en junior-suite. Penge vi godt kunne have sparet - set i bagspejlet. Eneste forskel virker til at have været en større gang hen til badeværelset.
Der var intet køleskab på værelset, hvilket vi normalt ville forvente af et 4-stjernet hotel. Vinduerne er utætte og det trækker...

"Sadly both my Wife and I came away with bites after being in the bed and there was a faulty fire alarm which went off in the night for which we had to call reception for. We were told the fire alarm was faulty due to a wire and no one had come out to fix it. We were concerned it would not go off if there was a real fire. Not impressed or was it IHG standard "

Morgenmad er ok. Super røræg og spejlæg, men bacon er nærmest ikke stegt. Der er to slags brød, der skal ristes, ellers er det for tørt til at spise. Croissanter virkede nogle dage fra dagen før.
Sidste dag spiste vi tidligt (da morgenmad åbnede). Der gik 1/2 time, førend der blev sat ost, pålæg og muffins ind. Når morgenmad åbner kl. 7.00 skal tingene være klar.
Meget lidt miljøvenligt med mange små glas og bøtter.
Kommer vi til Cardiff igen, vælger vi et andet hotel."
