"Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation "

"This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside. I can’t fault the staff at all and it was a nice atmosphere but that let it down for me"

"Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. Very appreciated Only drawback was the lack of parking, it's a shame that something can't be worked out with the council to get a reduced rate. Would recommend this place, and we...

"Dejligt hotel"

"Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back in the future."
