"There were issues with the room we were given. Looks like the room was not cleaned properly, found food in the refrigerator, the bed linens were dirty. We contacted the front desk and were given a different room which was up to par with proper cleanliness."

"This review will be from the perspective of a paralyzed person in a wheelchair, written on May 9, 2026. Pros: The front door was self-open and therefore a bit hard for my husband to open by himself. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. It was easy to wheel into our first-floor room and then next to the bed, but the bed was rather high and difficult to transfer into. But he made it. The bathroom was easy for him to get into and to use. The bed was very comfortable...
