Hoteller med pool i Det sydlige Virginia

"The room had a really sticky floor. It looked like someone spilled their drink and just left it. Cobwebs in corners. Bathroom was nasty. They mopped our floor the night we checked in because another room like ours wasn't available. We later noticed the bathroom shower was nasty. They had someone clean it the next day. They removed the nasty shower curtain but failed to replace it so we had to request a shower curtain. The tub was still nasty with soap scum. Housekeeping knocked on our door while...

"Charles Bass House er et dejligt sted at opholde sig. Udsøgt service og venlighed. Dejligt morgenmad.. Det er et sted, hvor man føler sig hjemme og slapper af. Man føler sig rigtig velkommen."

"Fint. Ok værelse. Nemt at finde. Tæt på motorvej men hørte ikke noget støj. Morgenmad, der var hvad der skulle være. "

"The property and facilities are nice, yet I encountered several issues during my stay. I had trouble connecting to the Wi‑Fi: only the passcode was provided, with no network name. I repeatedly tried Wi‑Fi networks named after room numbers but failed. I had to go out to ask staff for the correct SSID and login details, and I waited a long time for assistance in the middle of the night. Additionally, the TV turned on by itself at around 5 a.m. while it was still dark, which was quite unsettling....

"Love the upgrades!! Wish they would upgrade the pool as well"

"gave me the wrong room i ask for a room over looking the lake i got a room of the back of the bldg"

"Staff was amazing. Carol was very kind and friendly. We arrived very late and she had our room all ready and welcomed us with cheerful smiles eventhough it was almost 11pm. Food was great and staff was very responsive when we needed something. Parking is great too. We will stay there again."

"Be aware of the hidden fees. Also, There’s not even a free breakfast. They treat nickels like man hole covers."

"If you don’t mind constant highway noise and a couple of train whistles in the middle of the night, the room was fine. Shower could have been cleaned better- hair and soap residue. Shower door would not stay closed. But bed was comfortable and staff was pleasant. I tried to request a room not facing the highway but…didn’t work out."

"My room had mowed all in the bathroom. My room was not clean. There was hair on the bed hair in the shower hair on the toilet hair in the sink. I was moved to another room. It was cleaner, but it still wasn’t clean. Will not stay there again, however on a lighter side, the staff was professional, polite, well dressed and accommodating."
