Only issue was the key card not working to get into the entrance when the doors locked at a certain and we had to pick up the phone so it can ring someone to come to the door. But the sign said use key card for entry and it wasn’t faulty because it still let us in our hotel room. "

"We stayed as a group of 13 in six rooms for a large convention. The liaison company (rhymes with bonnections, but change the 1st letter for the third letter of the alphabet) we had to go through to get our event tickets/rooms was NOT great to work with, and they had canceled needed rooms for other groups, placed "no edits" on the reservations, and just created chaos--NOT the hotel's fault.
