"We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

"I was booked for a bed and a pullout, but was put in a room that had just a Queen. I was told the room was all they had and I had paid for it prior to arrival. Because of the time there was no recourse nor any renumeration"

"Stayed twice in the last 3 weeks on a road trip. First time around was a better experience than the second, but it wasn’t bad, and I would probably stay again. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, & a clean hotel. Like most hotels, they could use newer shower curtains. The second stay the toilet in our room was very wobbly & we could hear the highway, making it hard to sleep. The first stay we were not facing the highway and were able to get a better sleep.
