"Cleaning uncomfortable rooms. I think there was a new person working at the counter. She could use some extra training to talk to people more kindly solid average hotel breakfast and a hot tub could be a little bit warmer, but overall the room was clean and comfortable and I really enjoy staying here. Shout out to the assistant manager she’s pretty cool."

"The only reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order. The room was nice and a good size. I would like to suggest adding a waffle maker to the breakfast bar."

"Gotta be honest, between the noise from the room above us and the train horns all night, I didn't get a good nights sleep. The black out curtain didn't close all the way so we had a bright light from the front parking lot shining through the window. The final less than desirable thing was there were long black hairs in the bathroom sink and on the floor. I'll look for a different motel next time we are in the area for a gymnatics event."

"We found this overnight stay pretty pleasant. Our only complaint was the horrible music/marketing information playing constantly day and night. There is nothing soothing about the common areas if you can’t sleep and need to read or relax outside your room."

"Our stay was wonderful. We had a King room, high floor with a city view. For not being a , "Suite," it was very spacious. The room was well appointed and clean. The hotel was quiet, never heard any noise from adjoining rooms. The breakfast in the a.m. and Kickback (meal 5:30 -7pm) saved us a bunch of money and the food was good. The staff at the desk and in the dining area were very friendly. We took advantage of the hot tub on the roof. So nice, clean and a perfect temperature. The hotel...
