"2 day stay with 2 rooms.
Nice hotel, amazing breakfast and bar.
But no cleaning of rooms. Asked 2 times for coffee, towels and water. It came 9.30 pm - but only to one of our rooms.
Excuse for no cleaning was that the hotel was full - they were busy. We got a discount though.
Also water dispenser and ice machine did not work at the 2 floors we were at, also not at the gym.
Little things - but important things.

"This is the second time we have chosen to day here and not closer to where are event was. We choose this hotel because it is a quiet clean hotel. Additionally the staff at the hotel are amazing. Specifically there was one staff member at the front desk during the day that made our stay wonderful. We had a little snafu and when I went to the desk to discuss it he was beyond professional, caring, and kind. I am trying to remember his name and I’m falling short but I believe it was Yul. I do know...
