"Upon entering the desk staff were pleasant and very welcoming. The lobby was spacious, very clean and 24-hour coffee/tea/water station available. Room was very comfortable, clean and facility quiet."

"Everything is always nice here, I always stay here when I'm in Ottawa"

"Staff was more than helpful making sure all out needs were met."

"Breakfast was very basic. Do not expect anything like scrambled eggs or a sausage. Fruit consisted of very small over ripe Gala apples. I would definitely not plan my stay there because breakfast is included. The rooms were clean and everything else was fine!"

"This place is awesome! My wife and I both like the architecture and design of this house. The attention to detail is everywhere you look! The added bonus of hearing the gentle sound of a train in the distance just added to the ambience and feel of that time period when this house was first built. It was very charming and we can’t wait to visit again!"

"The parking lot had a lot pot holes, but no worse than most of the streets in my town. The room was very nice: clean, quiet, and comfortable, all I expect. The 4 starts was because the shower was only luke warm."

"I have been staying there for years! It is always top of the line and clean. The people that run it are wonderful and helpful! The beds are always the best beds I have ever slept in! It is quiet and I have never heard anybody outside or in the next room making any noise! Everything you need is right there within a block."

"Everything was exceptional"

"Very clean, friendly staff,"

"Hotel is on the real modeling stage. But for a one night stay at prices advertised make it a doable stop"
