"We loved everything about the property especially the ladies at the front desk, the lady who was helping us, was so friendly and explained about the hotel so well.
The rooms are so beautiful, I really love the beds. We stayed in a mobility room which was so roomy and close to the back entrance, it was easy access. We look forward to our next stay."
"Left over garbage in the room from previous stays, dust on pillows, and AC unit was not working. Woke up at 1:13 AM, called front desk and the I was told by a male guest service member that he would call me back once he contacted maintenance. Never called me back. In the morning, I reported it to the front desk and the staff didn't seem to be bothered. Grease on the wall. I took several photos but will email them directly to the manager to give them a chance to improve.."
