There is a unique feel to this place, down to the pleasant scent as you walk through the hall to the room. We love the pool and hot tub, the wine tasting, and the bar/restaurant. "

"The house is located in a nice and quiet area a 3-4 minute drive from downtown Fruita. It was clean and spacious with enough beds to accomodate all 7 of us. The couches and beds were comfortable. My kids loved the bikes. I strongly recommend this house to anyone with a large group."

We elected to eat out with so many food options through the area. The wine theme of the apartment resonated with us but sure wish the wine bar downstairs was still in business.
