We booked a room with terrace for 3 nights to try this hotel.
First we were offered a different room but we got the room we had booked anyway.
The room was at 5 rh floor the air conditioner could not cool down the room and we also had some hours 2 nights where we could smell food in our room!
Didn’t expect this for such 5 stars hotel.
If the staff was aware of this problems (due to season, very high temperatures or…) with the room we had booked they should...
