For many many years ago this was a Swiss run hotel, service and everything was super. Then it was taken over by Chinese and service and food quality has dropped to be no good. Service at the front disk is pure and in the restaurant you have to call for service. "

"Very convenient close to the airport with shuttle service. But our taxi driver had some difficulties finding it when we came from the train station. We stayed in a double room with four beds. The room was clean and there was free WIFI. At the check-in desk the staff did speak english (which is not always the case in China)."

This is a clear scam and they seemed to want to pass it off as "business as usual" as I continued my questions about why I'm not at the hotel in the pictures.
