When heavy rain unexpectedly caused a leak in our ceiling, they handled the situation incredibly well, relocating us to a similar room within minutes. To nitpick the breakfast was maybe not quite at the level of their european 5-star counterparts, and the light switches were not intuitive with the only way to shut the bedlights off was to turn off the main switch, which meant you could then not turn on the light in the bathroom."
