"The hotel was spotless, and the staff were absolutely outstanding, professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. When heavy rain unexpectedly caused a leak in our ceiling, they handled the situation incredibly well, relocating us to a similar room within minutes. We also had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food was genuinely delicious. A wonderful experience overall. "Beautiful hotel with fantastic service from the crew. To nitpick the breakfast was maybe not quite at the level of their european 5-star counterparts, and the light switches were not intuitive with the only way to shut the bedlights off was to turn off the main switch, which meant you could then not turn on the light in the bathroom."
