"Hotel Morgan is a beautiful spot to stay just a few minutes walk to WVU. Here are the things they could improve upon - more personable check-in. No conversation other than what was absolutely necessary then handed room keys and told where the elevator was. Nothing wrong, but simple and I had to come down, for instance, in search of ice. There is also no information in the room - no book, brochure, placard. Basic. (Answer for ice, by the way, is floors 3, 5, 7 but not near the elevators). As...

"I know this is a low-budget hotel, but it was especially bad. Ants in the shower; water damage on the baseboards; dips in the floor of the room (tripping hazard); dirty towels (stains and hair on supposedly clean towels); the sheets were melted; TV screen was low-quality and had a fuzzy picture; pool was closed for renovations; ice machine was broken; the list goes on. I would not recommend. The “savings” aren’t worth it!"
