"Communication was excellent. We had an issue with the heater due to us accidentally turning it on. The response time for fixing that was quick and efficient. We look forward to staying there again."

"Fun, quirky decor in the Alice in Wonderland theme. Room looked to be new addition, with comfy bed and cozy electric fireplace room. Breakfast delicious, and will stay again if available. Only disappointment was the hot tub shut down in February was not expected. "
"Sydney and her team are true professionals. An unassuming house was fully renovated on the inside. Fully stocked kitchen and clean rooms. Great location close to downtown. "Beautiful location, easy access to restaurants and stores. Well furnished with many kitchen and bath items that Hilton doesn’t provide. Owners that are exceptional in wanting our stay to be perfect. I will return to this location. Daughter and grandchildren loved it as well."
"The property was excellent for our weekend getaway. The weather wasn’t great but we were able to enjoy sitting on porch and just enjoy nature. Our host was extremely helpful and quick with responses. Close to nearby town and activities. We added dinner for our last night and the food was phenomenal. Will definitely stay again"
"We very much enjoyed staying at this property on our couple's getaway. It's situated on a wooded private property with lovely walks just behind the cabin. The hot tub was great. The amenities we needed were all there (knives, grill lighter, paper towels, dish soap, etc). The location is stellar with state parks, caving opportunities, and Michelin star equivalent dining in Chattanooga. The host is lovely to have a chat with, very responsive, and just all-around great. I highly recommend."
"The Calming Cabin was just as advertised. Quaint, quiet, well appointed, and well stocked. A lot of extras that made our stay a great experience. It was just two of us but the Cabin has room for kids or another couple in the loft. Ben and Tori were very professional, quick to respond, very detailed and communicative although we didn’t want for anything.
