"Extended family of 6 adults 5 children 8-16 years old. This house is exactly as advertised with excellent location just 5 minutes or less to downtown and east access to RMNP. We have spent many weeks in Estes Park over the last two decades and this may be our favorite vacation home yet. "

It would have helped if it was mentioned as a basement living arrangement in the property description. We assumed otherwise and hence expected the windows to provide more view and warmth, which was lacking. However, otherwise, everything else fabulous."
