"The people at the front desk was untrained and not aware of the benefits that gold members at hotels.com have. When I explained to them that it’s a free upgrade of possible, then he said “oh yes , but unfortunately we are fully booked and it’s not possible” . And then I have to show him that that was a big lie. I could book many rooms online and it was for sure possible to upgrade me. After arguing about that , it was finally possible .
