My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was exactly the kind of relaxation we needed after a big wedding celebration. As a wonderful surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room and received a delicious dessert from the hotel as a wedding gift – such a thoughtful gesture.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Eren, the concierge, was especially attentive and supportive throughout our stay.
The food at Griffen is absolutely fantastic – both delicious and healthy – and perfectly complements the wellness experience. Every detail at this hotel is carefully thought out, creating a truly holistic stay that nurtures both body and mind.

"Overall a great experience in a beautiful historic main building with attentive staff and great pool area. The indoor pool is in desperate need of repairs and was very crowded when we were there. Our room was also dated and resembled more a three star hotel room — especially the bathroom was lacking. Moreover, the food in the Italian restaurant was not of a very high quality and the waiter simply informed us that the bread “was likely baked for too long” when we mentioned that the bread which we paid for was very stale and almost uneatable. No apologies, substitutions or refunds. This was not acceptable. Lastly, we never received the bottle of wine that was promised as per our silver star status. "
