I can see it could be a problem if the weather gets hotter and the doors to the rooms are closed to keep the early morning light out. "

"My family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment. We stayed in Room 401, the apartment is spacious and clean. Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby. Tried to call the receptionist (only appear during check in) but unable to communicate well so unable to exchange it. "

"A great place to stay with a very kind and helpful staff! Not much noise in the area at all and it’s only two or three blocks away from where the local commuter train stop is. So it was very easy to get around town on foot and to and from the train station on the commuter rail. I would love to come visit again sometime soon!"

"It is an OK hotel very close to the Morning market and the train station. They sell breakfast, but doesn’t actually offer it at the Hotel. What you get for your money is a voucher you can use in one of a dozen small restaurants at the Morning market offering various types of traditional Japanese breakfast. It is a silly way to offer breakfast and probably also why they choose to inform you about it only after having confirmed your non-refundable booking."

"This was a newer hotel and it was very nice! The lobby was beautiful and the room was small but great! The staff was very professional and helpful. We were able to walk to the Hakodate Ropeway and some restaurants near the red brick warehouse. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again when we visit Hakodate!!"
