"The resort fee is nonsense for what?
The spa would’ve been nice to use, but it was full of kids even after hours when they shouldn’t be in there.
The casino it’s OK the layout is confusing.
The restaurants are way overpriced. We ended up eating dinner at Monarch."

The room we stayed in had one of the best views we’ve ever had, and they truly elevated the glamping experience to a whole new level. "After parking, went up 2 floors to check in. Nobody was there. Used the phone to call, and the person that answered said that they were short handed. Did not offer to send someone over to help. Said to walk aprox 2 blocks to another building to check in. After complaining, he said to use the kiosk. The kiosk did not work. Had to walk the 2 blocks, and during the check-in, nobody apologized. Very un-professional for a large hotel."
