Have it all at this fantastic location in the heart of Destin! Relax on the neighborhood dock and watch the boats in the gorgeous Destin harbor. Jump on the water taxi from the dock steps away and head to your favorite restaurant. Enjoy your days at the Gulf front private beach or enjoy the refreshing waters of the community pool. Truly a relaxing paradise in the heart of the Destin action. Both bedrooms are spacious and have private full baths. Loft room features 3 single bunk beds. The well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and multiple outdoor decks and seating are sure to impress. Full washer and dryer in home and dedicated parking spots for two vehicles. *This rental does NOT come with a boat slip or boat parking.

Our stay at this condo was truly awful. The unit was filthy when we arrived, with visible mold and grime throughout. The fridge had pink slime at the bottom and smelled strongly of fish, making it unusable. The shower curtains were covered in mold, adding to the health concerns.One bed did not have a sheet but rather a topper with a flat sheet to cover it.On top of that, there were major safety hazards—several electrical outlets had no cover plates, exposing wiring, and the three-tier bunk bed was so unstable it was unsafe for anyone to use. The listing did not match the photos or description at all. We had to spend hours cleaning just to make the condo barely livable, which completely ruined the start of our vacation. I would not recommend this property to anyone due to the cleanliness issues, potential health and safety risks, and the overall misrepresentation in the listing. When I made the concerns known to the host, I was told they reached out but wasn't quick enough to respond to have anything done about the issues.

Great stay!

We loved the location! In a busy area, this was such a great find. Close enough to walk to the beach but much less crowded on the actual beach! Tiffany was great and very responsive. We had a small issue with the outlets not working, and she came right out and got it fixed. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves as well!

The house smelled like something was dead we walked in 4 trash bags in the hall rags left on the counter covered in mouse crap and pee everything was dirty 😤😤😤 oh and the is of the back yard

Great for Large Family Vacation

I had a total of 9 family members. We enjoyed our stay. The furniture had small stains that may have been left from previous renters but as for as everything else the home was great.

Boys Trip

Very spacious and clean. We stayed for five days and had a great time! Just a five minute walk to a private section of the Destin beach, which really makes a huge difference in the level of enjoyment of the beach. A larger dinner table would truly be my only suggestion for improvement. Had a wonderful time and very thankful for this property.

Not as described!

I talked to the property manager one time to ask for early check in. That was granted. The location to the beach was the best part of the stay. The air b and b smelled old or musty. The air b and b does NOT sleep 9. The bunk bed squeaked and shaked every little move. The pots look old and like you are not going to cook in them. The blinds were destroyed upstairs and downstairs, so essentially the air b and b was open. Again the best part was the location to the beach other than that not worth the money we spent.

Nice and easy

The condo was smaller then I thought but I blame the mirrors lol. I was able to communicate with ms. Tiffany easily if I needed she answered right away. And we had no issues at all while we where there. Would definitely rent again in the future. My kids enjoyed the stay and one of them barely left.

Property was nice. Pool was awesome. The couch was filthy and stained. There were dozens of knives but no pizza cutter. No cookie sheets or pizza pan. Said kitchen was fully stocked. No soap but had dispensers. 2 tiny bars of soaps for 9 people.

La ubicación es buena

La ubicación está en buena área, y es cómoda pero la casa no estaba del todo limpia, las sábanas de la King bedroom estaban sucias y el fauce flojo, la tina de el otro cuarto también estaba sucio, la secadora de ropa no funcino y además las literas estaban muy flojas con miedo de que en cualquier momento se caigan .. la alberca de la propiedad siempre estuvo cerrada por cuestiones de salubridad y nuestros niños nunca la pudieron disfrutar algo que estaba incluido en el contrato.

Review

Overall it was a great stay. The dryer did not work properly, so it was frustrating. The property manager did try to take care of things, but it still did not get hot. It was farther from the beach, or so it seemed than the listing indicated. But it is private beach access and that was very nice. The picture of the balcony over the bay is for another unit. This unit is up front so there is no bay view from the condo.

Everything was great but the appliances

The location was great and very convenient. But we had trouble with the stove, microwave and dryer. We had to eat out every night because the stove did not work properly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dryer a half load of clothes. I only let the property owner know one time the stove did not work. I should have stayed in constant contact with the property manager. We thought they would take care of us but did not.

The minute we walked in noticed the following: 1. Stains in couches 2. Struggle to open back door, which had a ton of oil on bottom. 3. Stove did not work until day before leaving. It turned out to be plug. 4. Bottom box spring in one room sheet was dirty, but that was acceptable. 5. Saw 2 roaches, one at 2am, and waking to to that in room was not pleasant. I know this is common in fla, but never had issue previously. 6. The owner offered to let us leave through part of stay, but we couldn't find anything. Tiffany was responsive, but I felt like stove/cleanliness issue could have been handled better. We lost food. 7. Curtain in room sort of facing ocean was so light that when sun came up I woke up. 8. Brochure talked about us doing some straightening up before leaving, but we paid 250 for that. We did clean towels, and left neat anyway. 9. The faucet was still broken from a previous review complaint.

GREAT STAY ! Best Place to stay

Tiffany was an outstanding host, her home was beautiful and in the heart of everything fun. I will continue to book this specific home for every vacation in Destin. It slept 8 of us comfortably and the neighbors are very friendly as well. It can be booked for an relaxing getaway or a fun filled getaway with the kids.

There was a few things that could have been better. The faucet upstairs was so loose it felt like it was going to come off. The garbage disposal quit working. I thought the beds were bigger but that may be just me and I also thought we would have a view of the bay.

Perfect place for families

Me, my husband and 2 kids plus my sister, her husband, and her 3 kids stayed here. We loved the location, it was quiet and close enough to the beach we walked there daily. The kids liked having the pool close by as well for the evening swim. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows, I so badly wanted to bring them home with me. It’s very close to a lot of things to do in the area and lots of great places to eat, the longest drive we had was 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place and if we come back to Destin I’ll definitely try to book here again.

Great for family!

We spent a week at this property and only had a couple minor issues that were taken of within 48hrs. This home is so centrally located and in the middle of everything to do, but tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plus LOTS of towels to include beach and bath!!! We loved that! The only negative thing is that the beds that are listed are not the beds that are in the bedrooms. They are more full size, not king and queen. Also, the kitchen pots and pans could be updated since they are rusty, and the Teflon is peeling off. Other than that it was a wonderful home and we created some great memories! And would definitely rent from Tiffany again! She is GREAT!

A few friends and I spent our college spring break in Destin. We found the area to be quiet, and the private beach was very laid back! It’s location was perfect for all sightseeing needs and wants!

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I wanted a peaceful getaway where we could study, read, and write. Since we don’t lay on the beach, being next to the water without being beachfront was the perfect solution for us. Tiffany was quick to respond and extremely helpful, making the business side of the vacation smooth and uneventful.

A perfect place!

The stay was amazing! The owner Tiffany was the sweetest person ever! She helped us out so much with whatever we needed. The house was beautiful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our trip!
