Upon entering Sandcastle by the Sea, the entry hall on the first floor features a pool table and wet bar with mini-fridge, and provides access to two bedrooms, the garage, and the private elevator. The first-floor king bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and walk-in closet and is located next to the entry hall's full bathroom. Also on the first floor is a bunk bedroom with three twin-over-twin bunk beds, which also features a flat-screen TV and walk-in closet. A media room adjacent to the wet bar, with seating for 6 and a large flat-screen TV, provides a theater-like experience. Additionally, the first floor provides access to the home's centerpiece—the large courtyard patio and private pool.
