A host of onsite amenities, including direct beach access, an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and fitness center may keep you close to home. Start the day on your lovely, private balcony with coffee and an ocean view. Inside, you’ll find stylish, modern decor, an open floor plan, and lots of natural light thanks to the French patio doors. When you get hungry, the modern, updated kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the large dining table.

After a day at the beach - with included beach service - rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax at home in the central AC. Grab a spot on the couch for a little TV or to upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi. At the end of the night, two well-appointed bedrooms await. A $19 per day resort fee is required upon check-in at the front desk.
Elevators are available in the building.
A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.
Beach set up is included for the season (3/1/25-10/31/25) including two chairs and one umbrella.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
