BEAUTIFUL CONTEMPORARY CONDO WITH SPECTACULAR EAST END UNIT VIEWS!

Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath (4th floor) end unit located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30 ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Master bedroom features king size bed, twin convertible chair, ceiling fan, blackout drapes, cable TV. Master bathroom - double sink vanity, over sized walk in shower. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan, cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination with single vanity. Living room features Queen sleeper sofa, electric contemporary fireplace, ceiling fan, cable TV.

Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances.. coffee maker, k-cup brewer, Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. Complimentary WIFI

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Modern Beachfront Escape

Really nice beachfront unit with modern furnishings and a fully equipt kitchen with all that you will need to cook great meals. Beds were soooooo comfy if you like plush bedding. Beach views were lovely from the 4th floor living room and master bedroom. Loved the easy beach access and 2 beach chair and umbrella set up that came with the unit every day of our vacation at no extra cost. Make sure to go down to the beach early when you arrive to reserve your chairs for your entire beach stay. Building is located near many restaurants, grocery stores, activities and there was no traffic ever when we visited in mid to late August. Management was excellent and very helpful. Will def return!! Just GO!! You wont regret it!

Xmas and NewYears

We stayed from December 23rd till January 2nd. The property was spotless when we arrived. Had every amenity we could even dream of needing. The kitchen alone had more utensils than we have at home. The balcony was amazing and very spacious. This is a property that we will definitely consider renting again. Never had any problems at all. The view and beach area are amazing. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great proprerty

Family of 8 (Mom, Dad and 6 kids age ranges from 17 to 6.) we stayed for 3 nights. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Loved this place!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Beautiful views. Well maintained condo. Beautiful decor. Well stocked with all the things you would need for the stay (minus food). I would not hesitate to stay here again. Gorgeous beach. Soft sand. Warm water. Can’t say enough about this place. Spent hours on the back porch just appreciating the views and enjoying the ocean sounds. The only negative I can give is that it can be difficult to get on the property due to the traffic in the area. But once you are there…

Absolutely perfect!

This was a birthday trip from my sister, and our first time to Destin. The condo was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. The view from the balcony was amazing! It’s an end unit so there was lots of light which I love! It was well equipped and modern, the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Property with Great Location

Our family of 4 (Wife, daughter (4), son (1), and myself) had an absolute wonderful time at Breakers East 401! The property was stunning with everything needed within the condo; plenty of towels, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, etc! The Breakers East condominium complex is centrally located to everything, and you won't need to drive more than a mile or 2 to get to popular destinations/restaurants/stores. We had read in other comments that the spare bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains, so we brought a few dark sheets and hung them over the windows for our daughter to sleep, and she slept great! We met several individuals that had been to Breakers East previously and return yearly, and we feel like we will be doing the same in the future! The two beach chairs with umbrella included with the stay was very nice, and they had it set up every day we were there. The kids also enjoyed having the pool available when the waves were too much for them at the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property as we look forward to coming back in years to come!

Such a beautiful place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The layout was spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 6. Overall the condo as a whole was VERY luxurious and the views of the Gulf did not disappoint. The only downfall of the resort (not the condo) was there was no hot tub outside near the pool. It wasn’t advertised with one I just thought it was something most resorts had.

Great Property!

Condo is exactly as advertised and VERY clean! Outside of some rif raf noise/party at 11PM - 1 AM in a unit above us and 4 condos over that was so loud it rumbled the ceiling.....BUT they were evicted the next day. There is a quiet time in the building from 10PM - AM so the management addressed this party right away. The rest of our time there was great and we plan to return in the future. Beautiful beach, view, and a big deck outside the living area and the MBR. Definitely recommend!

Construction onsite

The property lived up to its billing. The interior layout was attractive, the master suite very nice and the balcony overlooking the beach was roomy and comfortable. Parking was fine. One of the two elevators was not working for part of our stay. That created some delays. Our only issue was noise from the unit next door (402). We had not anticipated walking over and through construction materials to get in and out of our condo. And the sounds of sawing, and ponding of nails detracted from the ambiance. Had we known that ahead of time, we would have rented a different unit.

Beautiful from sunrise to sunset

Seems like the biggest balconies in the area, you can see the sunrise, dolphins and sunset all from this area. Clean, well maintained and quick to help (we heard a toilet running and it was fixed the same day). The only minor minor issue is that the front bedroom is very bright due to the security light right outside the window. Needs blackout shades or bring a sleep mask if sensitive to light. Overall a truly great experience.

Best rental so far

We stayed the 3rd week of November. The condominium itself is a little old looking in common areas such as the elevators but I assume that’s a never ending battle with people going to and from the beach. The unit itself was perfect! The listing was exactly as advertised. Check-in process was easy done all remotely through the property manager before arrival. We will absolutely try to book here again in the future!

Great Unit @ Great Location

Clean and comfortable. Binoculars for use - WOW. Combo coffee pot for grounds/pods! Beds/pillows were very comfortable - plenty of room for our family of 9. Beach floats for use down by the boardwalk - check it out before you run out to purchase. Cant think of a thing that was unpleasant. BONUS - We saw/swam with a manatee right out in front of the property in the shallow waters on our last night after all the umbrellas/chairs were put up (after 5p)! Look forward to another stay in this 5 star condo.

We received details regarding check-in a couple of days ahead of time. Checking in was easy. The condo was clean and had all necessary items (plenty of towels, kitchen appliances and utensils). The location was great and the beach set up was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Apartment!

We stayed here for a full week at the end of May. The pictures didn't do the apartment justice..it truly was more beautiful in person! Everything was convenient and kids loved the heated pool! Would recommend 10/10!
