MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is an HOA policy, and may be asked to provide a driver's license for age verification. No pets allowed.

Crystal Beach is one of Destin’s most desirable beach neighborhoods known for emerald waters, white sand, and charming coastal vibes.
Public beach access is just a short 3-minute walk and includes pavilion seating, picnic tables, restrooms, and handicap-accessible ramp access.
You’ll be close to Camille’s at Crystal Beach, Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons shopping center, restaurants, and attractions. Scenic Highway 98 offers beautiful walking and biking paths.
