"Clean but not well maintained. Toilet made lots of plumbing noise. No trash bags. Front entrance automatic door often failed to open. Maybe this is normal now days but you have to pay $50 for amenities deposit and there are none (zero) in the room. When I asked the desk said you have to come down and get them here. Then at checkout I asked how long until I see my amenities deposit and she said a few days. I personally think they can do better than this."

"I thought the breakfast options were excellent, some of the best I've seen. Excellent protein options, multiple juice options, bacon, and oatmeal. The staff was also very friendly and helped me to plan my Balloon Fiesta week. Th room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out.
The furniture itself looked tired and old; one of the dressers had a drawer that would not close completely. The closet doors were low quality and the furniture in the bedroom looked like it...

"This property is great if you’re going to the balloon fiesta- very good location. However that’s about it for the positive. It’s not well-maintained. The front door is plexiglass, the window in our room didn’t slide and was also broken. We found 2 cockroaches during our stay. There were 4 of us but we only were given 2 towels. We had to ask for more each evening.
I did peel back the sheets to look at the mattress and I wish I didn’t. It was torn, stained and visibly dirty.
The front desk...
