Inside, relax in the spacious living area, dine in style, and cook up a feast in the modern kitchen. The primary suite offers a serene retreat with an en suite bathroom and vanity room. Each bedroom features plush mattresses and plenty of space for your belongings. Enjoy cozy evenings around the fire pit, star gaze in the swinging chairs around the pool, and spend hours in the game room!



**Please note this is a NON SMOKING HOUSE. Outside is okay, but if you smoke in the home home you will be charged a $500 fee.

The Neighborhood:

Desert Haven is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is minimal light pollution allowing for optimal star viewing. Located just 15 minutes from Palm Springs, it is just a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment.



Please note that the landscapers are on a weekly schedule. They come every Monday to service the exterior of the home. They will not disturb you.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is easiest. Rideshare options are limited.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is driveway with room for two vehicles. Additional parking available in front of the house.



THE DRIVE:

Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room and primary suite.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Swimming pool, hot tub, shaded outdoor dining areas, BBQ grill, swinging chairs, corn hole, putting green, and pickleball court are all available for you to enjoy! *Please note that the pool is not heated. Please see pool/spa heating policy below. Please note there are no lights above pickleball court.



GAME ROOM:

A ping pong table, poker table, hoop arcade game, cozy couch, and bar seating available in the converted garage game room. A mini split AC is available as well.



BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed; the other two with Queen beds. There is also queen sized pullout sofa bed. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



PET-FRIENDLY:

Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $120 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them. Waste bags are provided.



POOL/SPA HEATING:



Pool heating is NOT available.



Spa Heating

1 hour a day is included for free.

Additional heating beyond 1 hour will cost $65 per day

Spa temperature is limited to 102F

Spa heating could take up to 1 hour



Spa heating and intervals are controlled remotely by the Manager. Please check weather conditions before booking.





Landscaping:

Please note that the landscapers come every Monday to service the home. They will not disturb you.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.

We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible during their stay so please reach out if you have any questions or need anything at all. We will give you your privacy, but we are available to assist with anything you need.
